The message begins with a personal story about being called to speak at GLA after initially choosing the more convenient option of simply writing blog posts. That experience became a powerful lesson in the difference between doing what is convenient and doing what God has actually called you to do.

Drawing from 1 Corinthians 12–13, Hebrews 11:4, and Matthew 22:37–39, this teaching explores why God gives different gifts to different members of the body of Christ—and why those gifts were never intended to be used solely for ourselves.

Every gift has a purpose.

Every ability has a responsibility.

And true sacrifice is not simply giving God something—it is giving Him what He has actually asked of you.
